"Outstanding service and great communication. Contacted by phone almost immediately on submission of request for help. Discussed job. Told how long it would be before help arrived. Help came in the form of Brian Ross who assessed what was needed, told me the standard tariff for the job which was agreed and he just cracked on with the water jet blasting the blockage, checking how clear it all was using snake cam, further jet wash blasting. Job done. Very personable. Very helpful. Very clear explanation of problem. I was absolutely delighted to be able to use water in the house again. Brilliant."
