When it blocked again a week later, they were able to undertake a CCTV inspection to find the issue - a cracked pipe and partial mortar blockage. Returning a few days later, they were able to clear the mortar and then line the pipe. At the same time, I also asked them to replace a broken and blocked gulley. They were very efficient, did the work to a good standard, and charged a fair price. I would certainly recommend them."
