The company was ok. They undertook the work and treated what needed to be treated. I thought they would be able to remove the mushrooms themselves but maybe that isn’t possible. Overall I was satisfied with the work.

Dryseal were instructed by me as a landlord to provide a damp report and also repairs to mitigate damp in my rental property. From start to finish they managed to coordinate between my agent, tenant and myself ensuring all work was completed on time and to a high standard.

The gentleman came to survey our property for rising damp. He made a thorough investigation and concluded that we do not have any rising damp although we do have black mold. He explained to us what it was and how to deal with it. Throughout, he was courteous and shared his knowledge and expertise very generously. We learnt so much during his visit and we will use this knowledge to improve our living environment which will also be beneficial for our health.
