Frazer opened up our fireplace, lined the chimney, and replaced the chimney pot. He fit us into his schedule at short notice and was a pleasure to work with. He communicated clearly throughout the process and was keen to meet our expectations. The fireplace looks lovely.

Frazer at Dulwich Fires and Stoves did a fantastic job removing our open fireplace and installing our multi fuel burner in Aug/Sept 2019. Frazer have a reasonable and timely quote and was able to follow up quickly with the initial removal of our open fireplace. At all times, Frazer ensured there was dust sheets and protection for our floors. He also cleaned up thoroughly after each visit. Frazer have clear information on our options with regard to the hearth, mantle and burner. He sourced and installed a beautiful slate hearth, and did an excellent job with finishing the plastering etc to a high standard. Before finishing the job, Frazer installed a carbon monoxide alarm at ceiling level and provided the necessary certification. At all times, Frazer and his colleagues were responsive and professional, and delivered the final installation to an excellent standard. We were extremely happy with Frazer’s work and would happily recommend him.

Having had Frazer install us a woodburner in our previous home three years ago and being extremely happy with the service, I called him early December to ask for his advice on what could be achieved in our new home. Always helpful, he dropped by to measure up and advise on what needed to be done in advance of other trades coming in to ensure we could still install a woodburner. Frazer was flexible with his timings and managed to squeeze us in at late notice just before the Xmas period. He is tidy, polite, his work is of excellent quality and is a total pleasure to have around. He is even keeping his eye out for a reclaimed surround for us. A genuinely trustworthy tradesman and one I would recommend to anyone.
