we had 2 roof slates fall off , rang miday they said would try to come out same day but would phone if not able , they did phone and arranged to come betwen 9-10 next morning which they did and replaced the slates there and then excellent service very knowledgable. booked to have our ridge tiles repointed said about a week came 4 days later brilliant job done in less than 2 hours would have no hesitation in using them again or recommending them polite thorough, cleaned up and cleaned the gutters of any debris .

I got in contact for an assessment to see whether some slightly loose tiling needed fixing and what that would entail. Wayne was able to come round the next morning, and advised us that it could cause further issues down the road. It only took ~40 minutes and he was able to complete the work there and then. He was also incredibly helpful in checking the roof for another issue we were having where moisture was coming into the ceiling. Wayne was very friendly and helpful throughout, and would happily recommend them to others.

Arrived same day I called, fixed a velux window that hadn't been fitted properly and was leaking from rainwater, punctual and efficient and helpful.

I called Dyson as I had a long-standing problem with a leaking flat-roof. Wayne came round really quickly and completed the job on the same day as Storm Amy was forecasted to hit over the weekend. He even called to check that everything was still OK following a day of torrential rain. Would definitely recommend.
