Had to call Geoff out for an emergency gas boiler change, he arrived the next day, sent us a quote, we accepted and new boiler installed very quickly. Geoff has done numerous gas and plumbing jobs in our house over the years and we have always found him very reliable and trustworthy.

Contacted East Kent coastal for a service and landlords gas safety, the engineer arrived at the exact time he had agreed, was very thorough, completed the service and had to make a repair also (which he did very promptly) and explained exactly what was needed/done. He was very polite and friendly and I would recommend him to anyone. Excellent service and price. Thank you

Nice guys but have left a myriad of problems with the new system and damage to the house. After a leak in the loft from a bad joint, I though the damage was just limited to the ceiling and the objects broken during the install (including the original wood flooring that was hacked to bits), but one new radiator has leaked continuously (several are positioned non-symmetrically under windows despite requests to not do this) and another doesn't get hot at all. I also stated no parking available but the guys parked in a neighbours garden leading to further problems afterwards.
