Original job was concrete base rear garden. I was in a vulnerable state at the time and they became overwhelmingly persuasive. They bombard you with phone calls, emails and will come up with new projects which despite saying, I don't need, want or can afford, will pressure you until you give in. It went from one job that I wanted, which was not completed fully to entire front concreted, new front wall, fences painted, cladding ,new conservatory and the list continued over 9 months. It made me ill. I asked for deposits to be returned as I can no longer afford it, but they just fob me off.
