I purchased the EcoStream system for £1,300+ to fix a recurring damp issue in my HMO kitchen (six occupants). Sluv, the seller/manager, inspected my property and assured me his system would solve the issue. Initially, it seemed to work, but when cold weather arrived, my walls became wet, and lumps formed. Sluv advised me to adjust settings to Auto, then Auto Plus, but the issue persisted. When he visited, I showed him that my £150 floor dehumidifier instantly dried the walls, while his system failed. Instead of addressing the failure, he blamed the cold weather, my extractor fan, and the number of people in the kitchen—factors he knew from the start. I tested both units on video: when I switched off EcoStream and used the floor dehumidifier, the walls dried up; when I turned it back on, they became wet again. After I sent him the proof, he blocked me. Verdict: Do Not Buy This system is a waste of money. A £150 dehumidifier works better than this £1,300+ unit, and the seller offers excuses instead of support. Avoid EcoStream at all costs!

Vyacheslav and his colleague came to install 2 Prana units in my house last March. It’s a new build eco house and very well insulated so requires ventilation to control air quality. From first contacting Ecostream we found Vyacheslav very helpful and knowledgeable, all our questions were answered quickly and courteously. The installation was smooth and considerate of our non- standard build, and we were able to trust that the work was done to a high standard consistent with the building materials used. We have a prana in the bathroom as the only ventilation unit, and one in the kitchen together with a cooker extractor. They work really well keeping the air quality good, taking humidity out whilst maintaining warmth. They also eliminate smells in the house and keep the air fresh. We are considering having more units fitted in other rooms. If we have any questions, Vyacheslav is always happy to reply to messages and advise us. We are really happy with Ecostream and recommend them.

A truly professional service from initial survey to final installation of three decentralised MVHR Prano 160 ERP PRO mini ventilation units in a 2 bedroom flat which had problems over many years with condensation and mould. Slav and his colleague demonstrated an efficient and highly flexible approach throughout the entire process. Slav was very customer focused and explained in good clear detail the benefits of the system, its simplicity of operation and the very good design concepts used in the construction of the products. I had researched widely other similar systems but concluded that the Prano units were technically superior and better designed. I was particularly concerned about possible noise and display light levels during the night but found that the night setting was excellent for providing a trickle flow with no audible sound and the display can be either turned off or set to a minimum light level. Other features relating to the simplicity of operation allow you to set and forget the units to continuously operate without daily intervention. Within a few weeks following installation there was a noticeable improvement and after two months operation there is a very significant improvement in the air quality and no signs of condensation or mould throughout the flat. I highly recommend the Prano units and the Ecostream business culture for their excellent customer focus and service provision.

Great product, excellent customer service! We live in a Victorian property and as part of the renovation work we had two prana units installed, one in the new kitchen extension and one in the bathroom. We had condensation and mould issues in our old kitchen and bathroom. The building work included insulation so we were keen to ensure we didn't seal it up to avoid trapping moisture. We have no condensation and the air quality is great! We love that there's no cold draft. Slav went above and beyond explaining the operation of the units and also going out of his way to visit us and ensure installation was just right. Would 100% recommend the company and their products.

We decided to have 4 prana units installed, primarily to improve ventilation for health reasons. We found Slav to be friendly, informative and efficient. On installation day, all went smoothly, with the team working incredibly hard to get the job done. It is 2 months since we had the work done and we have been delighted. The indoor air quality is so much better, and the health benefits have been evident. Condensation on our single glazed windows is a thing of the past. We are so glad we went with Ecostream.

Ecosteam installed 6 units in my 1930's house 18 months ago primarily to deal with condensation in bedrooms and damp in a very busy laundry room. The company was easy to deal with, the product was explained well and the installation was done on a timely basis. The Prana units have done exactly what I hoped they would. I no longer have any condensation on our aluminium windows and the unit works well at removing moisture caused by drying clothes. I would highly recommend Ecostream for their professionalism and the Prana units for solving problem condensation and improving air quality as an excellent retrofit ventilation option.

We had three PRANA units installed by Ecostream Ltd in December 2024. Our main concern was poor air quality and high levels of humidity in a Victorian property. From the very outset Vyacheslav and his team were quick to respond to our queries, courteous, prompt, and efficient. There was no mess left after installation and everything was left clean and tidy. We have noticed a huge improvement in air quality and humidity as a result of the installation of the units.
