The team came very quickly to review what I was asking to provide a quote and they offered a better solution, I accepted the quote and although the materials they provided were more expensive than they had anticipated, they kept to their original quote, to install a parking bollard. As they were working locally on another project, they came the next day to install. Very quick & responsive service, work was excellent and they tidied up after themselves. One very happy customer

We are so happy with our renovation. We internally refurbished the entire house, including removing 2 chimney breasts, adding an en-suite and extending a loft conversion. The result is fantastic. The team are so nice, understanding and patient. They went above and beyond to ensure we were happy with the job.

I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Ed’s building services. They turned up when they said they would, did a really thorough job and were really straight forward to deal with. This builder was really easy to speak to and work out a way forward. The price quoted was the price they charged, and on the topic of pricing their prices were very reasonable. I’ve already recommended them to several friends in the area. We will be looking to appoint them again when we build an extension. If you are after a reliable, honest and respectful builder, you honestly dont need to look any further.

Ed and his team did an excellent job on a complete refurbishment of my house (including fitting a new kitchen, two bathrooms, replacing unsafe flooring, installing a new staircase, removing a cold water tank and connecting the property to the mains water, installed underfloor heating). They arrived when they said they would, left the property clean and tidy, always consulted me when further decisions were needed and were very courteous and polite. I found them on TrustATrader and am so pleased I did, within the first two days or so, I knew I could trust them to do a good job which gave me peace of mind! I would definitely use them again.
