Bought Elektra C boiler, perfect for my apartment. Does exactly what it claims.

I had a difficult time finding anyone able to do an electric combi boiler installation until I came across ECB Co. From my first contact with them they were clear, helpful, easy to contact and very efficient. The engineers were fantastic: did the job perfectly, dealt with follow-up issues, and were a delight to deal with. Enthusiastically recommended.

The engineer, RAJ, came this morning and worked diligently and professionally to install a thermostat and service the combi boiler that was not providing hot water. He fitted new parts and checked all the radiators and left the house after working tirelessly for over an hour. He was very polite and explained everything that needed doing before he provided new parts. I cannot recommend this company highly enough. Thankyou for your help and kind services.

Jaz came to service my boiler and to replace faulty parts, he also showed me how to work the new room thermostat. He was an excellent engineer, arrived when he said he would, was thoughtful and considerate by leaving everything clean and in good order. As I was interested he talked me through what he needed to do and assured me that if I needed any further information either he or his colleagues would be on hand! This was an excellent visit and I was thoroughly impressed with his attitude, knowledge and expert skills to fulfill the job.
