"Tom is a really nice guy, super responsive, good communicator and hard working. Responded to a checkatrade enquiry on a Sunday within the hour, took a look at an EICR report that had been prepared by another electrician. Popped in the following day to take a quick look at things to confirm what he thought needed to be done to make us compliant the following day. Got a quote over quickly and came over on the Thursday to carry out the remedial works. He is also a plumber and so came back the following week to do a couple of small jobs. Will definitely use again and recommend to others."
