⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Elite Windows, Doors & Conservatory Roof Systems Ltd supplied and fitted all the windows for our new house build and the experience was excellent throughout. The product quality is superb and a big thank you to Phil and Deb, who were fantastic to deal with — nothing was ever too much trouble. Despite tight deadlines and added pressure, they delivered exactly when we needed them to. Although mainly trade-focused, the general public should know they can also use Elite Windows, Doors & Conservatory Roof Systems Ltd. Highly recommended.

Upon completion we were fairly happy with the result aside from some poor plaster work. We believed we had a 10 year warranty with the build and after 6 years the sky pod started leaking. We contacted Elite about the issue however they stated they wanted £150 to come out and inspect it, then reimburse if it was their fault, adding that only the UPVC frame integrity is covered for 10 years, glass panels 5 years, everything else 1 year! They stated it was unlikely to be their fault, more likely "over cleaning', "not cleaning" or "normal wear and tear". Terrible attitude and no customer care.

Workmen were on time, efficient and tidied each room before leaving daily. They were polite and explained work as they went along. Very professional.
