Review coverage and highlights
polite, efficient and reasonable cost
Elliot was excellent, on time, tidy and efficient. Reasonable pricing too. Would definitely recommend
The electrician initially diagnosed and temporarily fixed a bathroom fan and lighting issue, later replacing the extractor at significant cost while repeatedly insisting there was no leak. The new fan failed shortly after, and the company twice cancelled follow-up appointments on the day, leaving the bathroom without ventilation for weeks and then stopped responding. An independent check found no leak, but poor ducting installation caused condensation that damaged the new fan and likely led to ongoing electrical issues. The company was unprofessional and avoided responsibility.
