Called them out to a blocked drain and all sorts of things go through your mind, collapsed drain, root damage etc. Visited by Brandon and he quickly found the problem, a blockage at a drain which was on paper Anglia Water's as it was between two properties. Blockage sorted swiftly, drains checked with the camera and reassured about the state of the drains. He also gave good advice about drain covers and general maintenance of drains.
