Empire Glass & Glazing Ltd

I had an ok experience the first time I used this company a few years ago. Unfortunately, I had a poor experience when I used Empire Glass and Glazing Ltd again a few months ago. I now believe them to be unprofessional and untrustworthy. They tried to blame others for mistakes, apparently unconcerned with the consequences this could have had for those blamed. I was told by Empire Glass & Glazing Ltd weeks ago that I would be given a partial refund, but I have yet to receive it and have not had a response to emails I sent them asking when it would come through. I would not want Empire Glass & Glazing Ltd in my properties again.

I had a tiny job for Empire Glass and Glazing and I was incredibly impressed with how seriously they dealt with it and how quickly, courteously and professionally they did the work (providing some glass for a window and picture frame). Highly recommended.

Got in touch with Empire Glass and from start to finish was a very smooth process. No problems at all when others didn't seem so keen? Overall very pleased.

Simply fantastic, completely saved me! A mirror to the lift lobby was broken by the movers when moving in to my new apartment so not a great start. Empire Glasses details were provided to me by the building management and what can i say, outstanding. Rarely do companies actually do what they claim, even with the best intensions, but not Empire Glass.......
