"John went above and beyond in clearing a VERY smelly drain for me. He arrived at the time he said he would and completed the job within the time he said he would. He charged a reasonable price (which he and I agreed before he started the job). He was courteous and dealt well with the man in the flat below ours whose cooperation we needed because we had to go through his premises and into his garden in order to access the blocked drain. I would most definitely use John again for any similar work."
