The job involved knocking down the old dilapidated shed and building a new bespoke shed on the existing concrete blocks. Situated on a hill, as it was, this wasn't a straightforward job and involved raising and levelling the floor. "Dave came over for an inspection visit over a weekend and reassured me with his knowledge and expertise about what needed to be done and we discussed different options. His quotes were done quickly and he was able to fit the project in, together with his assistant, Madeleine, during a summer holiday period and completed it within his estimated schedule. The long lasting and hard to source Siberian larch for the balcony floor plus the lovely tiles and sedum garden which he included at no extra charge are much appreciated, as was the discovery of a garden shed leak, which he sealed."
