I am a private landlord and have used Excelsior for approximately five years mostly for inspection work to ensure properties achieve a satisfactory E.I.C.R. and for remediating any issues that may arise. I had previously used other contractors who although capable proved unreliable; just not acceptable when dealing with tenants .
