Highly Recommended! Steven is really easy to work with, very clear communication and explains all aspects of the work needed. He is prompt, always on time and responds to calls or messages really quickly. I had three strips of gutters, fascia's and downpipes replaced. Cement flashing removed and replaced with lead, and four tiles replaced. All workmanship was very neat and absolutely no mess left behind at all. My garden was cleaner than before they started. Just need to wait for it to rain now, but feeling very confident! I wouldn't hesitate to use Exeter Roofing & Guttering again. Great job Steven and Dave - Thank you!

When Steve came to look at the job and quote we felt he was more thorough than the other firms we had contacted. We are pleased with the work done but as it was facias, soffits and guttering we are unable to see it up close. There was some miscommunication with the scaffolders which meant we had to chase him up to get that removed. Having said that they went out of their way to do things we asked them to, like painting window cills etc which we appreciated, even going to the bother of getting the right colour paint mixed. Overall we were very satisfied with the work and they were a very pleasant team of workers to have around, also the work was done promptly and they cleared everything out of the way afterwards.

We used Exeter Roofing and Guttering to refix the ridge tiles on our property. When Steven came to quote for the job, he seemed very knowledgeable. He gave the roof a thorough inspection and pointed out a few other defects eg cracked tiles and discussed the options for fixing the ridge. We found the quote was very reasonable compared to others we received. Steven and his colleague Dave worked hard to resolve the various issues with the roof. All debris was removed and the site was left tidy. They were careful, polite and a pleasure to have around our home. Steven clearly takes great pride in providing an excellent customer experience and we would have no hesitation using his company for further work or recommending it to others.

Steve was extremely polite and helpful with discussing what was required and keeping me informed as it progressed. He was also determined to do everything to see I was satisfied with the job he'd done. He worked very diligently and I am pleased with the work to my house.
