Once we agreed to the work the job started immediately. Workers were polite and worked hard through inclement weather, always leaving the roof watertight. Further videos showed us the true extent of the problem underneath the roof tiles, enabling us to take further decisions. The job was completed in a timely manner and best efforts were made to clear all rubbish. A 15 year guarantee was provided."
