He is upfront, fair and his communication is excellent; he came up with a proportionate solution to our problem and gave us various options, rather than just telling us we needed a whole new roof the way other roofers had done. The team worked on replacing the gulley in my roof after a crack was found, which was allowing water in. The job was completed properly, neatly and with the necessary level of care. I was given an estimate of 2 days to complete the job, and they were finished on time and tidied up thoroughly afterwards, having arrived promptly on both days. I was also kept updated throughout the process so that I understood exactly what was being done and why. Very happy with the job and would highly recommend.

The urgent replacement of our flat roof was done quickly and to a high standard. Very happy with the result.

Excellent communication from Pat and the team. They were able to fit the work in promptly once agreed and didn’t pressure me into the work. But when I said I needed to get it done they were able to fit it in very promptly. Managed to do a whole double garage flat roof in one day ( the only dry day in the week) which was good. They seemed to have done a thorough job and were very tidy and definitely worked hard. Quality looks good and will test it all out when it rains this week. They went above and beyond what I asked and were very pleasant to work with. Would thoroughly recommend!

Falcon Roofing did a great job of replacing our flat roof. They came with six roofers on a Saturday so the work could be done on a dry day and were really efficient. They were all unfailing polite and good to deal with. I would definitely recommend them.

After a recent rain storm I called Pat to attend to some remedial work after he completely renewed our roof 18 months ago. He responded quickly and came out the next day to carry out some minor repairs. At the same time he cleared the gutters of leaves and unblocked the hopper on our valley roof. His response was prompt and service excellent, all carried out under the guarantee.

Pat and his team replaced much of our roof in 2023 and did a great job. After some leaking after heavy rains over the last few weeks, I reached out to Pat and he was over by the afternoon and had his team working to fix some work done by a previous company by the next day for a reasonable price. They went above and beyond to try and make sure there are no more issues in the future. Would highly recommend Pat and his team.
