"Visited Showroom on Monday morning, appointment to survey the fireplace arranged for the afternoon, Dave carried out the survey as promised, then was able to offer a fire from stock, appointment made for Wednesday late afternoon to fit the new fire. The new fire was fitted and tested as promised, no mess, no hassle. From entering the shop on Monday morning to thanking Dave as he left our house on Wednesday evening we were met with smiles by Steph and Dave. Second time using Firestyles's. Dave and his lads did a great job quoting, price etc. At install they were professional at all time, cleaned up and took their time. Cant fault the service
