We are very pleased with FloorCraft Essex, they removed our old carpet to install a new laminate floor and also removed the carpet on the stairs to install a stairs runner. The work included preparing the stairs (filling, painting). In total it took 1 1/2 days, it looks incredible, every detail, every corner is well done. I highly recommend them.

Richard and his team did an excellent job installing laminate flooring to our lounge and kitchen, after we had been told by a different company that it was impossible to do so given the complicated situation of the existing decor.
