Then Alan did a fantastic job laying a tricky landing and stairs. He was friendly, professional, clean and reassuring. (He’d actually installed the previous carpet, which we’d noticed was very well laid and only needed replacing because the cats had clawed at the edges of the treads, shredding his previous work!)"
