Excellent roofing company. Estimates and the work to be carried out are discussed beforehand. The work is carried out to a very high standard, the site left clean.

I used this company to replace guttering, do some roof repairs and repoint my chimney. Frank is a honest and trusthworthy person, when giving me the quote he explained to me which jobs needed doing urgently and others which can wait a couple years. His employees got the job done in one day. The work was to a high quality and all the rubbish was disposed by them and the site left clean. Would definantly call him again if I am having roof troubles.

Read the previous reviews and selected two companies - one of which was Frank Ryan. The requirement (in Nov 2010) was to re-cover the large flat roof over the garage and utility room, replacing the roofing felt and boards. The quote was reasonable, with a guarantee of 10 years. Work was done within one week, workmen were happy and cheerful, the site was cleared and there are no leaks. One comment - careful about allowing the skip to be placed on your drive or garden because the weight may cause problems. Brought them back a few weeks later to re-cover the porch roof, again with no problems. Would recommend this company.

Frank and his men have done a couple of jobs for me in recent years, roof an extension and roof repairs including refix guttering. He explains clearly what he recommends and then provides a detailed estimate so there is no anbiguity about what you are paying for. Very happy with his work and will continue to recommend him

Frank Ryan & Sons carried out work on our kitchen extension roof, which was leaking. From the moment we met Mr Ryan we felt we could trust him. This was important as we had had a bad experience with a previous contractor. He explained clearly what was needed and where possible tried to keep the cost to a reasonable level. The work was carried out and everything was left clean and tidy. It proved to be a challenging job and further work was needed which was carried out promptly and to a high standard. We were always treated with great care and respect. We would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Frank Ryan & Sons to anyone needing a reliable roofing company.
