When FSG inspected it, they quickly identified that the original work hadn’t been completed properly and certain elements hadn’t been installed as they should have been. They explained everything clearly, corrected the issues thoroughly, and made sure the job was done properly this time. It’s now been several months and the repair has held up perfectly with no further problems. The team were professional, tidy and easy to deal with. I was especially impressed with a young member"
