Our Edwardian property had spalling brickwork due to incorrect cement pointing having been done by a previous owner, and water damaged bricks below the damp proof course. Greg removed the damaged brickwork and replaced with the correct lime mortar. He also went above and beyond to advise us part way through the work on where we should install additional air bricks to aid the under floor ventilation. His communication was excellent, his attention to detail and workmanship very good quality. He left our property clean and tidy."
