I've had 2 sets of work done by Gary (plus team). Firstly(2010): Re-laying of flooring, plastering, general decorating and internal joinery. Secondly (2013): ground floor extension, removal of internal walls and the addition of a downstairs cloak room. In all of my dealings with them, they have been honest, reliable and approachable.

Gary and the team carried out insaurance work after water damage. I gave them more work straight away after seeing the quality of workmanship. I was kept up to date with prices and choices throughout. Very trustworthy, gave them the house keys. The kept everything clean and tidy. The attention to detail was top class. I would have given them more jobs if they had not been booked up. I would recommend to use these guys without any hesitation. Honest..trustworthy..excellent workmanship. I thought i should mention the type of work i had gary do, plastering, painting and decorating. New solid wood flooring fitted. New internal door fitted and than french polished. Bespoke storage made for under stairs. Plumbing. Work in bathroom. Wallpapering. Kind regards

I have had Gary Taylor Builder in for some jobs. They do work to a very good standard and are reliable. They have done a shower install. Which was well done and finished. If there have been issues afterwards they have come back to rectify the problem.

We hired Gary to undertake a full external & internal decoration of the house including remedial building work. He and his team not only did a first class job but also went out of their way to make our lives tolerable during the 6 weeks they were working. Inevitably various extra items emerged that needed attention and we received fast and reasonable quotations for the work. The job was completed on time and we have no hesitation in recommending their excellent service.

Thank you Gary & your team for the hard work you put into decorating our new home. As we wanted our whole house decorated it was hard finding someone to trust but you didn't let us down. You exceeded our expectation in all the prep work done before you started & the finish at the end. Professional , every evening left us tidy so there wasn't too much disruption. Having to work from home whilst all the work was going on, the team were respectful & great company during the day. Gary & his team transformed our little house & made our new house ours, giving us advice & doing an extra job that needed fixing at short notice which really helped us out. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Gary & his team ( I already have) . Reliable, hard working, prompt & no messing about, got the job done brilliantly. Very pleased with the work done.

Gary & his team did another excellent job for us decorating the exterior of our house and doing additional jobs inside. We last used them in 2019 when they did a major exterior and interior renovation of the highest standard. I have no hesitation in recommending this outstanding company for their workmanship and professionalism, as well as their congeniality and adaptability.
