We made a largely verbal agreement backed by an email in Feb 2024 regarding a job that had to be effected without hitch or delay between my tenancies, from 7-12 August. And then I barely spoke to Grant again till July (when I panicked that he might have forgotten all about me..) But no! Grant & his boys arrived on 7 Aug as promised & over the next 4 days effected the job we'd agreed - precisely and faultlessly. Grant is a no-nonsense, old-school builder of few words, and an absolute DIAMOND. Recommended!"

I had 3 quotes for this job & accepted the most reasonable quotation, which was Grant's. And then I barely spoke to Grant again till July (when I panicked that he might have forgotten all about me..) But no!
