"I contacted GDR last Friday. Rob was very diligent about calling back subsequently as we kept missing each other and we managed to arrange an appointment for today, which was only a two day wait. Jack pre-called when he was 20 minutes away as promised. On arrival he assessed the problem and fixed it within 30 minutes. The charge was very reasonable. I hope he is now home and dried out as it was a horrible day for working outside. I have been very impressed by the service, cost and personnel and would highly recommend them. 10 out of 10."
