Ryan could not have been more helpful and friendly, it was a pleasure hiring him. He completed a complex job removing a broken boiler, installing a new one, re-routing a gas through 30m of new pipe and installing a radiator, then getting it all to work with our existing smart home system. Mr Houari called me before the visit and explained the 2 different types of services that could be carried out. He showed up when he said he would, he got on with the work, and explained if any other parts needed replacing and why which our boiler unfortunately did need as the previous occupants of our new home had not done a boiler service for quite some time. Courteous, professional and safe workmanship which is paramount when dealing with gas.

He responded to my request very quickly and booked an appointment for the next working day. He was prompt, efficient and friendly. He also got an issue with the hob fixed, that was above and beyond the initial job. Truly great experience, thank you!

Exceptional service. Ryan is very friendly and a great engineer. He took time to check everything was working as it should and kept everything clean. We arranged for him to come back to fit our thermostat. Highly recommend.
