Jack came out to assess the problem and after some investigation pointed out I had mis diagnosed the issue and that it wasn't such a big job as i had thought. We agreed scope, price and time to perform the remedial work. His associate Richie performed the work professionally and quickly. I can't leave 5 out of 5 as Richie was 3 hours late and I had received no update to let me know. But other than that very happy with their service.

The guys who came were also polite and friendly. Jack kept me updated from the beginning, with me just inquiring for a quote to the finish of the works asked of them. Very helpful with picking a good quality carpet at a very good price. I went to a lot of carpet shops and they were the best on price and help.

The plumber arrived at the specified time and completed the work in a tidy and orderly fashion. The most impressive point was the speed in which they responded to my call. I had a reply within the hour and the work was completed that day at a time that was convenient to me. This is important as I cannot leave work during the day. The plumber explained to me what he had done and showed me the cause of the leak. I would definitely recommend this company and have done so.
