"The response from Glen was excellent. He got back to us straight away and came in to do the initial assessment quickly and came back to fix it a few days later. In the meantime, the door completely broke and he came out that evening and spent a while getting everything right. There was a small issue that couldn't be resolved that evening, so he came back the next day again, and fixed it! Once it was fixed, the customers using the door were too forceful and the lock broke due to this. I rang again, and Glen came straight away and fixed it for us within the hour. Thank you, it was all excellent!"

"Glen took on an issue with the entry system at our property which had been ongoing for some time. He worked tirelessly to diagnose and solve the problem, returnng twice before charging for his time, to sort out wiring and install replacement units. Unfortunately he wasn't successful but I praise his commitment and work ethic."
