Missing Roof tile replacement I hired Gary in December despite the negative feedback he had because I thought it is was good that he attempted to put right what was wrong. He responded quickly and sorted out the roof after a couple of visits because he used ill -fitting tiles and there were some holes visible from the artic. He wanted payment and feedback before he did the pointing side of the work and before I was satisfied with the work. I decided to let him off the pointing work and added it to another pointing jobs which his friend separately billed me for. Gary also. told me that he was not experienced enough to mange some some pointing job so I prefered someone with more 'experience' to do it. They did the pointing job together and shared the money despite the fact that I had already paid Gary for part of the job out of goodwill. The agreement was that they will fill every gap that needed filling. However, after the major part of the work, I needed to show them every obvious gap that needed filling as they later claimed that they could not see them. After they left I sent them picture of more gaps. They gave me subtle insults but i insisted on them completing the job before pay. Unknown to me, they filled one of my green bins to a third with half a bag of cement and left over cement and sand mix. When i discovered this in April, because I had not needed the bin for garden waste since January, after more insults, Gary told his friend that he will remove the waste but despite many texts, he has not.

Repair joins 3 gentlemen travelled to Halifax today from Manchester to give us a quote for our guttering. They were all very approachable, funny and helpful, charged a very fair rate and fixed the issue straight away no second appointment ! Would highly recommend and will definitely be using these again!

Soffits replaced Great service and quick response with value for the job done. Would hire again.

Roof leak and repair Got the company to fix my roof which Gary claimed to be an easy job. After a few back and forths, my roof is still licking. And, what was fixed is not where the issue lies. Hire at your own risk. (Updated on 11 Dec 2022) Answer from tradesperson: Hi there, Though I can appreciate your comments please understand the below . I advised you more work needed to be done and some of it you refused to have done.. There were numerous issues on your roof that could of been the cause of the leaks and any work I completed needed doing and was done to a high standard which I also sent you before and after photos of and you were happy with. I have offered a lot of times to come back free of charge and take a look at the issue and resolve whatever it is left that needs doing not a problem which you haven't replied and just left me this review. Leak from roof/soffit onto window Gary was able to come and identify the problem the day after the job was posted, and the work was completed shortly after that. Great service, kept me up to date and a fair price for the work completed. Would hire again.
