- Unreliable, Disorganised & Poor Customer Service - I scheduled plumbing work and received email confirmation with an arrival window between 08:00 and 12:00. No plumber arrived. By 13:30, I had to contact their office to find out what was going on. Initially, they informed me I wasn't on their records. They then informed me that the assigned plumber wasn't available due to other work and nobody else could cover. The earliest rescheduled appointment was next week! If you're looking for dependable and competent plumbing services, I would recommend exploring other options 👎

Recently had Glasgow City Plumbers in for a complete refurb of my ensuite and tiling of my kitchen. They have transformed both rooms from looking totally miserable to sleek and modern. Everything I asked for was accommodated. The job ran into many unforeseeable issues and the guys grafted through it so well which must have taken a lot of patience. They put a lot of effort into not just the finish but the customer care side. It's this that makes me view them as going above and beyond. Nothing looked like too much trouble, all of them were very kind and for that I'm ever so grateful. Big thanks.
