Global Windows

In November 2023, Global Windows replaced our leaky 28 year old conservatory with a properly built sunroom extension. We found them to be a really good company to deal with, and are delighted with the outcome. Global did a great job, from the design advice and the survey, all the way through the actual build. The staff on the project –builders, fitters, plasterer and electrician, were very experienced and their workmanship was to an excellent standard. They worked extremely hard through less than ideal weather, kept to schedule, and tidied up very well at all stages. There were regular site visits from Joe, the project manager, who kept us well informed and dealt very quickly with any queries we had, making the whole process painless and stress-free. The buildings inspector visited several times, and even the owner of the company! The new sunroom has transformed the back of the house. All in all, Global are very professional and well organised, and they delivered excellent value for money; we highly recommend them.

Global Windows provided a great service from the first phone call to the actual installation of 4 replacement windows. The sales assessor's suggestions regarding the design were very useful. Aaron and Keegan arrived on the dot and worked right through till late midwinter afternoon. Very tidy, quiet and helpful workmen. A small unforseen hitch occurred which was fixed immediately on the next working day. I would recommend Global above any other firm.

We were building onto our property and also intended replacing existing windows, and were introduced to Global Windows through friends who had replacement windows from them. The ethos of the company appealed to us with the no-quibble, most-current pricing approach together with the standard of workmanship and choice. Our project was quite big so in discussion with 'Global' it was decided to split it into three phases to accommodate our build. From the outset everyone we spoke to was professional, polite and listened to our needs. The windows are of excellent quality and the installation teams were professional and friendly. The after sales service continues in this manner with polite and friendly staff dealing with the associated paperwork. It has been a pleasure dealing with a company which obviously takes a pride in all aspects of its work. We would not hesitate to recommend Global Windows based on our positive experience.

We arranged for Global to replace a bathroom window, after they gave us a very competitive quote. They arrived exactly at the time they said they would, the fitters were very polite and they left absolutely no mess. Communication with Global has been great. We are very pleased with the results.

Wow Global... where do i start! Absolutely fantastic customer service from start through to completion. Our project was complex enough to involve multiple teams and each and every one of them went above and beyond and took the stress away. Global set the standard others should follow. Special mention to Allan our first point of contact, Andy and Sean our fitters and Joe who kept everything moving and kept us in the loop at every stage, but equally everyone on our project deserves the plaudits here. From the outset of our dealings with Global Windows we were quite impressed. First point of contact being Paul, the Sales Surveyor who explained exactly what the work would entail, including the timeframe. His manner was calm and pleasant with no references to special offers or discounts, in order that he could meet his monthly sales targets. Neither did he attempt to sell us any double glazing or anything else his company deal in, unlike one or two of the others from whom we invited quotes, for our new tiled roof. On the appointed day for the work to begin, Arran and Keegan arrived on time and set fairly to work. Watching the process unfold was quite fascinating, from removal of the old polycarbonate roof to the building of the new structure and finally the tiling itself. Once completed Craig the plasterer arrived followed by Steve, the electrician, to fit the new ceiling spotlights. Lastly but certainly not least the whole job was overseen by Joe, Global's Project Manager, who visited us on three occasions, culminating in him signing off the completed job, once he was satisfied. In addition the office administration work was more than satisfactory, including the process of deposit and scheduled payments. Throughout our dealings, with Global Windows, we found their personnel, friendly, efficient, courteous, hard working and above all professional. 'Smooth and Seamless' is the best phrase to describe our experience. We would recommend the company to any prospective client.
