GMC Projects

We ordered doors including a bespoke made to measure one through GMC. We paid Gary and he paid the company. The first doors were fitted well. The second set they rushed and the finish wasn't as good. The bespoke door didn't arrive so I kept asking Gary to chase. It was held up and eventually he told me the company had refunded the money into his bank account and he had spent it so couldnt give it back. He then went off sick so I gave him a few month's before I contacted him again. He has now changed his number and not responding to my emails and he still owes us the money.

From our first contact through to completion of the job Gary and Ryan have excellent in every aspect. Arriving in good time all throughout the process even texting us when running a bit late. The quote was very competitive and Gary was able to source finished doors rather than ones that needed treatment. All the work was finished to a really good standard and I would have no hesitation in recommending Gary and Ryan, if we ever need more work doing we will definitely be contacting them again.

From our first interaction with Gary when providing a quote for the job to fitting our oak doors, Gary was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional, always keeping me updated with providers and timescales for delivery of doors and the start of the job. Gary’s workmanship is to a very high standard, we’re very happy with the work completed and Gary will now be replacing the staircase. 😊
