Rug came back with a fresh mucky patch and there has been no explanation or attempt to clean it or reimbursement towards it. They are not replying to any emails or returning any calls. Feel totally let down and gutted and ripped off. The managers attitude is very unprofessional and unacceptable when there is a problem.
