Our roof was in very poor condition after 25 years of patchwork repairs. Paul answered my call immediately and clearly explained the options and likely costs. He visited soon after to inspect the roof in person and quickly provided a quote, with his team available just over a week later. Once work began, it became clear that additional repairs were needed due to the roof’s age and previous low-quality materials. Paul took the time to show us the issues, explain why the extra work was necessary, and promptly re-quoted. He and his team were generous with their time and delivered high-quality work in a very short timeframe. The final result looks excellent. We chose cement tiles over slate for cost reasons and are very happy with the finish. The 12-year guarantee also gives us real peace of mind. Thanks to Paul and his team for all their hard work - we really appreciate it.

Roof, door & windows to side conservatory replaced, exterior wall repaired, garden wall taken down and replaced with brick, replaced gate & two rotten planter boxes + rubbish removed. Fabulous job, polite people, very tidy and didn’t take forever; in fact, considering the scale of work it was done in a very timely manner. Highly recommend.
