Harrison heating sent an engineer as soon as they could, who soon identified the issue and fixed it very quickly. The fault was caused by us but we were still treated politely and without being spoken down to, the engineer showed us how to prevent it happening in the future. We have used this company for many years on our own and other properties and will definitely continue to do so in future."
