GQ Plumbing and Heating

Our water pump gave way and so we required a replacement as soon as due to washing in cold water. George contacted us fairly quickly and within a few days he came over. When he arrived he left soon after stating that he bought the wrong pump and would get another and contact us in the morning but that call never came. For three days I'd called him, left a voicemail and messaged ithout a response. When I then sent a message stating that I wasn't happy and would take my business elsewhere, he responded with a thumbs up and told me to do what I wanted. No apology or empathy but very sarcastic.

We have been using George’s services for a couple of years now and are very pleased. We have an old Victorian house that regularly needs maintenance and George has been great at helping us from frozen/blown garden pipe, to changing radiators and bathroom/kitchen taps etc. Always reliable and good quality of workmanship.

Very happy with George's work for us which involved a number of plumbing jobs related to a new kitchen fit - capping gas supply, re-routing and tidying up water and central heating pipes, plus some external waste and soli pipe replacement.
