However what we got for paying a little more was exceptional planning, build quality, attention to detail, and a great vibe with everyone on site (and neighbours - very importnant). Daily comms gave me really good updates and whenever there was an issue, a knock on the window and we'd sort it out. I'd rather pay a bit more and have this kind of experience.
