I have known Ralph of Green Sky Roofing as a roofer for around 15 years. During that time he re-roofed a a bay window and a small flat roof with lead. He has replaced the main roof which is flat with tiles up the sides. He repaired/replaced the roofs of 2 relatives: One a flat roof and the other a traditional tiled roof. There have been no leaks or problems arising from any of this work. Over this time I have also recommended Ralph to many friends and also neighbours and continue to do so. I would make critical comments if I had any - but I have absolutely none!
