"From the first moment I called Greenfield and spoke to Sidnie (the owners daughter) I felt a valued customer (In stark contrast to another Worthing Gas Service Company). Sidnie is very professional and has fantastic customer service skills with a big happy and genuine personality. She helped with sourcing a part and subsequently this was fitted by Vic (her father). Vic was likewise a very personable guy who treated our home as if it was his. He fitted the new part with efficiency and tested the appliance. We have been very impressed with our first experience of using Greenfield."
"We visited Greenfield showroom and were surprised by the large range of fires available. Both Karen and Sidnie were very knowledgeable and helpful in us making our final decision. Having now had the fire and surround installed we have to applaud the professionalism and craftsmanship of the installation engineers (also part of the family). We are ecstatic with the final finish which is 1st class. From start to finish communication was exemplary. This is an exceptional family run company which we would recommend to anybody."
