I contacted the company with an urgent need as our ~6 m2 section of flat roof was badly damaged. The communication was fast, good and clear. I knew I was paying a high price for the job, but I was happy to pay it given the urgency. We also agreed that the roofer on the day would assess and replace if needed the OSB at extra cost. Having taken all the existing tar up, the roofer told us it was £400 more to install two new OSBs and finish the roof. Once the little defaults were sorted, the work was fine. Total bill: £1600.
