They researched the charger I had and contacted me beforehand to check how the issue was presenting itself. Once on site they quickly and efficiently found the fault and fixed it. Highly recommended."
"On arriving, they were polite and went over what was going to happen, if there would be noise, mess etc. This helped enormously as we were able to inform neighbours. The work was done efficiently and with professionalism throughout. At the end, they tidied up bringing their own cleaning materials and left everything as it was before. We would definitely have this company back to carry out other works if needed."

Harris building facilities were brilliant. I contacted them as I had issues with my EV charger which had stopped charging. On arriving, they were polite and went over what was going to happen, if there would be noise, mess etc. This helped enormously as we were able to inform neighbours. We would definitely have this company back to carry out other works if needed.
Highly irresponsible , booked a job for hot water cylinder repair for Friday, as had no hot water, didn't show up for job and after that didn't even bothered to pick up the phone or call to say what's going on, called at least 10 times. Will never recommend anyone
