I would highly recommend this tradesperson. He arrived on time each day and completed the job to a very high standard. He also covered carpets and floor to ensure there was no mess created. He also went the extra mile to find a suitable sink, cabinet and mirror which shows how dedicated he is.

Hamid used grout instead of silicone on all the corners in our fully tiled bathroom. He even used grout around the shower tray! The gap between the floor and the wall tiles is around 7–10mm, which is too wide to be sealed with silicone. Unsurprisingly, the grout in the corners began to crack and eventually started falling out. He promised to return and replace the grout with silicone, he said that to secure more work as part of renovation. When I didn’t offer him more jobs and called him back to fix a radiator leak in the bathroom, he fixed the leak, ruined the floor boards and blocked me.

Had some work done in bath room few months ago, unfortunately coffee was spilt on bedroom carpet leaving a strong stain. An Offer was made to return to clean it; however we requested financial compensation as we no longer had trust in this person’s work. No response has been received since.
