"I have two washing machines, one failed just before Christmas, the other just after. Both were failing to pump out water. I contacted Muhammad and he came the same day. He quickly found the blockage in the pipe for the first one, cleared it out and charged no more than his (low) call out fee. He then diagnosed a failed drain pump in the second and replaced that with spares from his van. He was quick, courteous and thorough and I will definitely use him again."
