James was extremely helpful on the phone and visited us as soon as it was safe to do so. The roof of our property sustained damage from a fallen tree limb which damaged slates, gutters and downpipes. James managed to make a temporary repair to secure loose materials and protect the surrounding area from falling debris, seal the exposed roof and clean up the mess that we were faced with. Home Service Company have been instructed to make good the damage."
