Lewis and his team were friendly, polite and hardworking
Lewis was super professional, he carried out work on three rooms. He communicated well throughout the job asking my opinion on a number of occasions just to double check what I wanted. Nothing was to much of a hassle he got on and did the job in the timeframe he stated. He was clean and tidy and made sure everything was put away at the end of the day. ????
When leaving Gillingham we procured the services of Lewis/Hooked On Maintenance. The jobs he completed were to a good standard, however he was supposed to come back to finish the driveway, however never did - after a year of chasing and false promises he never came back. If you are using these services make sure all jobs are complete before paying the full balance. Lewis himself was nice and polite however I was left disappointed and having to pay for the remainder of work I had paid Lewis, to be done.
